Installe dthe Notes Traveler for Nokia on the server and Phone. Once some compatability (had to upgrade everything to the latest release) issues it work and works great. We have used up our BES licenses so this gives us a really easy path to move towards. Trying to get info on the iPhone implementation now but it doesnt seem so easy.

I have just upgraded to PC Suite 6.85.14.1 and I can confirm that this version does work with Notes 8 using a Notes 8 contact file template.

I would add that I have a registry key for HKML\Software\Lotus\7.0 as well as ..\..\8.0. The 7 registry key is used by the tool identify the path and files to synchronise. When I get chance I'll remove this key and see if it breaks.

Hi silverfox,

we have not had the time to set up a Domino 8 test server with updated templates, so I cannot answer your question.

I have kept your e-mail address and will send you an e-mail as soon as I have been able to test it.

Interesting Post, you say you are synchronising using only 7.x templates. However, can you confirm if you have upgraded the personal address book template t v8.x.

I want to know if contact synchronisation works with PC Suite and Notes 8, I'm not really concerned with Calendar info because my Nokia E61 runs Blackberry Connect for mail and calendar.

Thanks
