Life can be good some times, actually so good that you decide to write about it. Yesterday I ate a plate of sugar-free milk chocolate from Galler. The taste, oh, the taste, the chocolate was perfect.

And the chocolate was topped with an organic, 8 year old Léopold Gourmel Cognac. The taste was fresh and had a delicious and persistent finish. More aromatic then most cognacs that I have ever tasted. This cognac is still not available in Norway, but is to be imported by the Norwegian Cognac Maestro Jon Bertelsen. He was mentored by Olivier Blanc (the founder of Léopold Gourmel).
