Running iPhone OS on a computer?

I am not sure if this is fake or not, but it is the coolest geek video I have seen for a while:

I doubt it is possible to run iPhone OS directly on a desktop computer (Mac or PC)! But having said that, now I really want a web tablet from Apple.

Would be cool if it was possible, for those of us that are satisfied with our netbook or other device, and would like iphone os on it.

Windows and linux doesn't handle the small screens that good.

    If Android's an option: http://www.android-x86.org/
