I have played Ultimate Frisbee for about 4 years with friends out in parks after work. Sadly, because of the bad weather this summer there have been now playing. Recently I started playing with EZ Ultimate on Wednesdays. We play in Frognerparken during summer time and then indoor during winter. Yesterday I was asked to come a long and watch the adrinaline kick of race called “Råskinnet“. This is the ultimate test and a quite different run then a marathon. The race itself is only 8 km, but it goes through rivers, water with ice on the side, snow and mud, lots of mud. The runners even have to run down a ski jump, and then straight up again. Skiing season is over here in Europe, and it’s time to plan next season. You can never start to early. What about Himalaya or India next year?
