1Password - Vault

I have a problem, and that is to keep all my personal and work related passwords handy and at the same time safe. A few weeks ago, a colleague of mine recommended 1Password. 1Password is the Keychain Access Apple never made. I bought it at once and I think it might be the best choice if you’re living in a Apple-centric world. It works great on OS X and iOS, but there are also clients for Windows and Android. But if you want access from your Windows Phone or from a Linux computer, […] Continue reading →

Playing music with doubleTwist

I continue playing with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Android 4. One thing that is significantly different from iOS is how Android handles media such as music and video. Apple has always had a rock solid interface for dealing with media, and a large part of this is due to iTunes. This is where doubleTwist comes in. It might be the closest you’ll ever get to having the iOS music app on your Android device. I’m not kidding! Android is just horrible on podcasts, and that is one of the […] Continue reading →

This first version of Airtight can only stream photos and videos, and do full […] Continue reading →

DLNA Certified Devices

The best way to stream media from an iOS device, is of course with Apple’s AirPlay technology. But what if you have a XBOX360 in the house? I have already written about how you can connect your Mac to the XBOX with Connect360. It is also possible to stream music from an iOS unit to the XBOX. The technology used is then DLNA. This is my first play with DLNA, so before I bought a DLNA app for my iPhone, I read a little bit about the technology. You should know this about DLNA: Digital […] Continue reading →
