Season 3 of IT-Crowd is out on DVD
0
I am a great fan of the IT-Crowd and also have the two first seasons on DVD. Today I bought the 3rd season over at Play.com. The emmy award winning IT Crowd is back!
Whilst Reynholm Industries boss, Douglas, is spending the pension fund on gold flakes in the water supply, the dysfunctional IT department – Moss, Roy and Jen – build up the courage to face the frightening world of people who somehow communicate without using a keyboard.
As well as the usual bickering, time wasting and incompetence, the co-dependent trio become the victims of sexual harassment, create a fundraising nude erotic calendar, confront the builders from hell and join a social networking site.
Episodes Comprise:
- From Hell
- Are We Not Men?
- Tramps Like Us
- Speech
- Friendface
- Calendar Geeks
Yay, there is a 3rd season of The IT Crowd
0Here’s a short clip from the 4th episode, and yes, Internet is really a wireless black box:
The IT Crowd 2nd Season
0Today Maurice posted a link to Amazon.de in a chat we had, and it was to the second season of The IT Crowd. Finally, 6 new episodes with the IT department of Reynholm Industries. My god, I have been waiting to hear “Have you tried turning it off and on again?”. I guess that is the most commonly used phrase for most of us doing computer support!
I went straight to Play.com and ordered a copy. Question is now, how to get the week pass by? Perhaps with watching the first season all over again?
Last weekend I watched the two seasons of Spaced that got made. Great fun as well!
The IT Crowd: I just love it

I just love Channel 4′s TV serie The IT Crowd, and this week I finally got the DVD with some extras: Deleted Scenes, Behind The IT Crowd and of course some audio commentaries. Even though the first season was only 6 episodes, the DVD is a must have! Luckily there will be a second season coming up with another 8 episodes.
The first season was nominated for best sitcom for the 2006 Rose d’Or.
I recently read at Wikipedia that NBC has picked up The IT Crowd for its lineup next year. In classical horrible American way, NBC will remake it with an American cast, akin to The Office.
